The Making of MACO

2016

BEFORE MACO

Marty first entered the lending scene in 2016 with interests in real estate investing. Recognizing that almost all investment properties are acquired through financing, Marty felt understanding the lending space would most effectively help him understand how to grow a real estate investment portfolio. Be a better investor, by knowing how to lend to one. He joined a national commercial mortgage brokerage to learn the business.

2018

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER & ORIGINATIONS

He worked his way up from an Account Executive in 2016 to the National Sales Manager at that brokerage in 2018. As their NSM he helped oversee their Sales Rep Training Program, aided in daily operations, aided in growth and build out of the company's systems, and originated commercial loans.
